This module is devoted to development of the most advanced management tools for analysis, evaluation and management forecasting of the market in highly competitive conditions, market risks analysis, analysis of competitors, analysis of the business processes effectiveness and other company processes, their advantages and disadvantages, a analyses of the economic prospects of the company's business model

The first part of the module is devoted to discussing effective models of business development and organization of the company's work and its behavior on the market. Students learn and polish the most advanced management tools for systems of evaluating the company's divisions efficiency, setting management goals, creating strategic wording, determining market position, managing customer satisfaction and management of company quality, creation of a unique commercial offer and value proposition.

Stidents learn and practice tools for brand management, creation of an emotional attitude to work standard, effective pricing, product portfolio management, strategic aspects of sales management.

Technologies of Sustainable Development Management  are discussed and practiced as well as business processes under WTO conditions.

The second part of the module is devoted to risk management. Students discuss process of making and executing management decisions aimed at reducing the likelihood of unfavorable results for the company and minimizing possible losses

The module is devoted to learning and practecing the most advanced strategic marketing tools in market research, brand management and tools for assessing advertising effectiveness that are used in international and domestic business

'BusinessStrike' simulation is EMAS Business School learning platform which models real business processes and in safe environment (not putting financial resources at risk). Therefore it allows to assess the participants’ strategic management, company strategy development and execution skills, including but not limited to skills which are necessary for assets management during M&A (merger and acquisition)

The module is devoted to development of verbal skills.

Students define what a good public speakers means and analyze ways of forming an image of a public speaker. They define verbal and non-verbal constituents of eloquence and analyze presentation stages as well as basic principles of managing the audience while presenting and examine most typical mistakes of a public speaker that affect the presentation and learn how to avoid making such mistakes.

Students work out a scheme of preparing the presentation which covers defining presentation goals, anticipating audience expectations, designing criteria for assessing the presentation effectiveness, considering meta-message and the role of the first impression in creating the emotional appeal.

Special emphasis is also put on how to build rapport with the audience including but not limited to non-verbal communication skills.

At the end of the program students are given an opportunity to demonstrate their new skills and deliver a speech in public

The module is devoted to teaching methodology
