EMAS DBA student hosted a webinar "How to cope with chronic stress. Applied adaptology"

Yesterday, EMAS DBA student Victoria Taufik hosted another brilliant webinar for members of the EMAS Association of Students and Graduates. 

This time, Victoria, a healthcare consultant and author of several bestselling books, hosted a practical webinar on the topic "How to cope with chronic stress. Applied adaptology" and shared with the participants simple and accessible ways of carefully adjusting the body to handle extreme mental stress.
