Andrey Kolyada held a strategic session for the National Union of Meat Processors

On September 8, 2023, Andrey Aleksandrovich Kolyada, Rector of the EMAS Business School, held a strategic session at the invitation of the National Union of Meat Processors of Russia.

The session brought together managers and owners of domestic meat processing enterprises who are interested in increasing the strategic competitiveness of their enterprises.

As part of the session led by A.A. Kolyada, participants performed scenario market forecasting and scenario business modeling for industry enterprises with a planning horizon of 3 years.

As a result, participants received material for developing a business model and corporate strategy for their enterprises.
