#coachtips Dear students, according to the choice of business school was made consciously, because before starting your studies, you probably read many comments from graduates online who say that studying at EMAS is not easy - this is true. Training requires thoroughness, focus, attention to detail, dedication and full engagement throughout the whole training period. To successfully passing the training, I recommend the following simple, sometimes obvious, but at the same time critical steps, tested, including my own experience:
1. Study the EMAS code of ethics and especially the rules of citation.
2. For online students - review the training modules at least twice; during the second viewing, you will probably notice something very important that escaped you during the first viewing, and for strategic management modules, additionally read the book by A.A. Kolyada “The Next Level: Strategic Management for a New Era” - those who study after the book’s release are incredibly lucky, so it is nessecary to use this opportuniry
3. Carefully read the descriptions of project requirements, all parts of which must be realized without fail and in required volume. Each sentence in the text of the requirements is endowed with a specific meaning; if you do not catch it, refer to the training materials again. It is precisely because of ignoring requirements are often reduced the marks and projects are sent for reworking.
4. Carefully read the comments of the assessing teachers on your projects, which will allow you to correct the project for a high grade, and also take these comments into account when writing your graduation work. Remember that when checking a graduation work, special attention is paid to taking into account comments and correcting errors made in intermediate projects.
5. Remember that all projects in the disciplines of strategic management are interconnected and form the basis of your graduation work; wisely choose the market and product group on which you will write your intermediate projects and graduation work.
6. Participate in training webinars, even if the topics of the webinars do not coincide with your training schedule, and also watch them in the recording.
7. Follow the study schedule and submit projects for review on time. Don’t “fall out” of your academic schedule, but if possible, try to stay ahead of it. Trust that those extra two to three weeks that you can secure and then use to perfect your graduation work project will be of great benefit to you.
8. If you start to give up, remember why you chose EMAS, and also the fact that before starting your studies you knew that studying at EMAS was not easy, which means you made a conscious choice and are obliged to achieve your goal.
