#coachtips I want to give a little encouragement to experienced, helpful and mature top managers who came to study at EMAS with the secret thought that they already know everything. And they are unlikely to learn anything new. But you never know. Which kind of person I consider myself. Prepare for bad marks, a storm of emotions, damaged pride and personal growth. Your established patterns will most likely prevent you from mastering the strategic management methodology from the first time. And even from the second. Maybe the third one won't work either. And that's okay. Its apparent simplicity is very deceptive. But its beauty, depth and effectiveness, which will certainly be revealed to you later, will repay all your moral suffering and time spent a hundredfold. The world will no longer be the same.
