Tomasz has a master's degree in Gdańsk University. He successfully passed various training courses at international business schools, including Strathclyde University (UK), BI Norwegian School of Management (Norway), Price Waterhouse, James Cook University (Australia), Ashridge Business School (UK).

Tomasz has working experience at various positions in sales and marketing departments in such companies as Goldwell Haarkosmetik (Darmstadt), UP International (Gdańsk), NVC (Sopot).

As a business coach and consultant he worked with more than 150 companies in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania and Russia, including such companies as Isover Saint Gobain, Generali, Young Digital Planet, PKN Orlen, Kontakt-Simon, CIECH SA, Mercor SA, Gino Rossi SA, Grupa LOTOS, BRE Bank, PKO BP, PGNiG, Helukabel, PGE, Organika, GZNF Fosfory.

He is the co-author of a number of books and research papers on marketing management, as well as the author of an online marketing course in Polish Virtual University.

He is a teacher of the discipline "marketing management" in several Executive MBA programs in Poland, which are conducted in partnership with such well-known business schools as Rotterdam School of Management (Holland), and Graduate School of Management IAE (France).
