The participants in the business simulation are divided into groups, each group is responsible for the activities of its assigned enterprise, first in a growing market, then in a crisis, and finally in a growing market again. The market is characterized by ever-increasing competition, and generating revenues and profits is becoming more and more difficult every year.
In the business simulation, four companies compete, each represented by a corresponding group of participants.
During an intense competitive struggle with representatives of other teams, participants develop and implement long-term and short-term business strategy, provide operational planning, assess the market and key market factors, monitor the cost-effectiveness of key business processes, adapt their strategy to market challenges, compete with the other participants to conquer target market clusters and segments, etc.
BusinessStrike simulates the work and management of an enterprise in a real market with fierce competition as realistically as possible in a learning game process. Due to this fact, the participants receive real business development skills in a short period of time, as opposed to abstract knowledge which is given at theoretical lectures.
In particular, during the business simulation, the teams-companies acquire skills in developing long-term and short-term enterprise strategy, planning of sales and production, calculation of quantity and quality of necessary personnel and production facilities, technology level, conducting of market clustering and segmentation (the choice of target customers), development of positioning, advertising campaigns, determining of price policy, etc., through hands-on experience.
